General member meeting

Invitation

NOTE: the physical location will not be available, the GMM will only take place online.

Dear SNT member,

We would like to invite you to the general member meeting (GMM) of SNT on Tuesday December 15th, 2020 at 20:00. It will take place in Spiegel 3 online via Google Meet. The link to the meeting will be published here a day before the GMM. The documents will be available online in advance.

If you plan on attending our GMM please fill out this form, so we can keep attendance. Unfortunately there is only a limited amount of spots available due to the social distancing situation. A maximum of 10 people are allowed in the room, this means besides the board only 4 members can attend in person. If you sign up beforehand, but can't make it after all, please send us a message.

If you choose to attend online, please know that we try our hardest to also pay attention to your questions in #snt, but sometimes the communication might not be the best. To combat this we recommend either joining via the Google Meet invite, where there will be a moderator monitoring questions, or to send your questions to bestuur@snt.utwente.nl beforehand. You will receive the Google Meet invite after signing up using the Google form above.

If you would like to receive a reminder for the GMM, please send an email to alv@snt.utwente.nl.

A live stream of the GMM will be available during the GMM.
