Since our last news article, the contract negotiation between LISA and SNT have continued. There is currently a contract proposal that is suitable for both parties. This contract will be discussed and approved at our next General Members Meeting.
On 9 March 2020, our helpdesk was re-opened, but the opening hours have changed to reflect the proposed contract. The helpdesk is now open from 10:00 to 13:30. Our IP registration system DAS is also back online. All other SNT services were never offline and will continue to remain operational.
The next General Members Meeting will be held on Thursday 19 March 2020 at 20:00 in Bastille meeting room 5. The documents and more information can be found on the GMM page. Among the GMM documents you will find a document explaining all noticable changes for members and users.
