For the past year, SNT has been negotiating with LISA for a new contract. We were in good faith that this would result in a contract with minimal impact on our members and users. Unfortunately, it was not possible to come to a contract that both SNT and LISA agreed to. LISA has one-sidedly decided to terminate our current contract per 1 March 2020. This means that, though we try to keep our services running, we cannot guarantee their continuation.
From 1 March 2020 onward, changes will be noticable to our services.
- Our helpdesk in Citadel will be closed until further notice. If you have any questions about SNT services, you can still contact our helpdesk by email at helpdesk@snt.utwente.nl. If you have any questions not related to SNT services, can instead contact the LISA service desk.
- Our IP registration system DAS will be offline. For IP registrations and modifications you can contact the LISA service desk.
- All other SNT services will remain operational. However, we can only provide limited support.
We are still working on finding a solution to resume our collaboration with LISA as soon as possible. If anything changes, we will inform our members and users.
